Thank God, the busy week is almost over.
Mondaymy parents were at home, so the whole family went out together. i thought it was my only rest day you know.. so sad.
Tuesdayi went out with my sister. she bought me a blouse for my birthday. we kept eating and eating... thats because we had lunch at 4pm. so after eating wanton noodles, we went to eat yami yogurt, sushi, tori Q, jasmine green tea and den fried chicken. HAHAA!
Wednesdayit was meiling's chalet! we had BBQ in the evening.. supposed to be class BBQ but there was only 1/4 of the class. but anyway, it was quite fun. food was served very quickly too, because zijian and weikiat were good at starting the fire. weijie was extremely nice that day. he bought us cookies and donuts, and i bugged hiangwee to buy 2 bottles of snapple for me. i should have told him to buy 4 so that everyone would have one. anyway, only bella, cheryl, guin and I stayed there and we didnt sleep until 5am? we were doing all sorts of things like playing games and playing truth or truth. LOL! anyway, i did my quiet time in the toilet, while i was shitting. God's presence was so strong, even in the scary toilet.
Thursdaywe went to escape. the pirate ship is not fun, it makes my tummy feel weird. after that, we went to makan and then watch movie. i think its so interesting that we brought towels from the chalet into the cinema. thats because cheryl and I do not have jackets and it was cold. anyway, bella was wearing a bright pink shorts tt was so amusing. bella is so noisy and lame! she kept wanting to eat KFC late at night and she kept wanting to play... like " HEY! lets go and play blablabla". i bet she is playing maple story now!
Fridaywent to the beach to walk walk in the morning. checked out at 12 noon and went to eat sushi. in the evening, i went to zacc's NCC graduation parade. i went with zacc's parents and his sister, trixie(my swimming buddy). anyway, zacc is my childhood friend and so i feel comfortable being with his family. anyway, their parents are so funny! they kept making me laugh. i was so amused by them! for example, their mum was so hungry that day and kept asking what time is the buffet dinner and kept walking to the food there and look look. and their dad is also very funny! he was singing in the car... the song goes something like this " 我是可爱的爸爸..." anyway, i saw tenny there, together with a bunch of NCC guys. oh ya, after dinner, there were perfomances. Zacc was so cute! he was shaking his butt and trying to follow the dance step. the whole programme was actually quite interesting, just that the food wasnt very nice. trix's mum was complaining that the curry chicken was disgusting. HAHHAHA! i think i was laughing throughout the whole thing. well, after that, they brought me to eat some famous roti prata. it was really good! :) what an interesting family. btw, all of them are shorter than me. HEHEHE!
Saturdayit was my cousin's wedding. woke up early and went to my cousin's house. the dinner was not bad. it ended earlier than expected. i think i slept at about 12 midnight.
Sundayi woke up at 6.20am!!! thats because i had to reach expo at 8am. Because denise and eeling are both shopping and enjoying themselves at bangkok, they asked me to serve at Gkidz. denise is so evil okay! she didnt tell me anything about it. at least eeling told me a little bit about it. but still, i went there like a blur sotong! Thank God there was Germaine to help me out. i was feeling so tired and my throat was killing me and so i felt like sleeping during the volunteer service. i dont really like volunteer service, its too rush. okay, so when the time came for the little kids to assemble in the room, i was like a lost sheep. i dont even noe who are denise and eeling's girls! HAHA! and i was so shocked when Germaine told me that we were of different groups.
and guess what? after that, a lady spoke to me "hey, it is her first time coming. She is supposed to be in p6 but she'll just join you, try to be more sensitive to her." LOL! i thought to myself "OH, its also my first time here!" anyway, the girls are all P4. so they are quite alright. theres one girl very very very cute and tiny. HAHA! so today, they concentrated more on praying, which is good because i would not know how to teach them. anyway, when i looked at the little kids, there was a very familiar feeling. it reminds me of the time when i was a little kid going to sunday school. there was a very warm feeling seeing them worship God. after worship and after the pastor shared and talked to the kids, it was group praying time. I was feeling a little nervous because it was just me and 9 kids staring at me. but anyway, i just prayed with them la. the new comer was very shy and didnt dare to talk but kept shaking her head. i think shes a little autistic, but she looks really cute. dont look like p6, look like p4. she didnt want to talk to me and i thought she was scared of me or something. but at the end of the day, she gave me a sweet. so cute right! aiyoo!!
anyway, i think it was a good experience serving at Gkidz for a day, but i dont see it as a calling from God. so i guess i will just continue to serve at hospital ministry. Pastor patrick was telling me tt day that we are allowed to visit patients at NUH already... isint it exciting!
so now that my busy week is over, I AM FEELING UNWELL! its probably because of too many BBQ and i dont have enough rest. i really really need a rest!
DENISE AND EELING, although i was serving God and not helping you guys, i think you 2 still owe me a treat!
