THE YEAR 2010 STARTED REALLY WELL!it didnt start well because of some count down party or hanging out with friends or whatever. btw, i just came home yesterday in the late afternoon and i was exhausted. more than 13hours of flight made my butt ache. I will blog about my turkey trip another day!
it started really well because of the first service of the year. I invited suen for service today and she came. although she visited the church a few times, she didnt rededicate her life to God. at the beginning of the service, kelly sensed that she needed to rededicate her life to God and she herself felt that way too. she was the only one who went forward and the whole congregation was praying for her. pastor khong prayed for her too and i was so touched because i was reminded that pastor khong was the solemnizer for suen's parents' wedding and i felt that God was just bringing her family back to him.
went home and i received a msg from suen.. she told me that her mum told her she was praying for her to be a christian and she was very shocked. i think its such a divine moment. i think its so AMAZING. suen was so amazed too.
its just the beginning of the year 2010 and i already see God moving in ppl's lives. i feel so encouraged to see people coming back to God and i know that God is going to bring more people back to him. God is so good. He knew tt i needed an encouragement to continue believing him for miracles.
anyway, here are my
FAITH GOALS for the year 2010
- BE BAPTIZED
- BRING 20 PEOPLE TO CHURCH.
- LEAD SOMEBODY TO CHRIST IN HOSPITAL MINISTRY.
- START OPEN CELL IN MY NEW SCHOOL.
since it is faith goals, it requires lots of faith. That is not something i can do by myself, so God will do smth about it.
and ofcus, there are a few things that i want to work towards...
- Do housework more often
- make sure my room is clean all the time.
- spend more time with my family (esp my parents)
- use the computer less often.
- build stronger and closer relationship with my cell.
- be more patient, understanding, caring.
wheee! I AM SO EXCITIED ABOUT YEAR 2010!
