hi everyone! i've been rather busy lately... busy with work, busy with enrolment stuff and all sorts of stuff, but im still quite alright, not to the point whereby i feel like dying...
anyway, i went to NUH today. i went last week too, but there was nothing really special. today i visited Mr Koh again. last week he was on home leave. He has finished his last round of chemo and would probably be discharged in a few days' time. Praise the Lord!
today mr koh shared with me how he actually realise that he had Leukemia. the previous time, he told me that there were red dots on his arms and then he was referred to NUH. but actually, he didn't realise that there were red dots on his arms until he met with a car accident and injured his leg and had to see the doctor. so its like, if he did not had the car accident, he would not realise that he had leukemia and his condition might have been worse.
i realised that sometimes when bad things happen, they are actually good. Indeed, pain and sufferings are blessings in disguise. yet often, i complain and grumble when bad things happen to me.. i really wonder how God feels when he is actually trying to bless us and yet we complain and blame him for allowing certain things to happen to us...
anyway, i managed to pray for mr and mrs koh today before leaving. i can't help but thank God for his grace! He is such an amazing God! BY THE WAY, mr koh is 60 plus already and yet his condition improved so quickly that he doctors were surprised. He only went through 4 rounds of chemo when the doctor expected 6 rounds. WOOHOO! so encouraged! :)
